1. Scope agreement and order confirmation

An enquiry is a request to discuss work, not an automatic order. One-time tasks, assessments and maintenance begin after scope, pricing, timing and required access are agreed. Remote support availability is confirmed individually. The published services do not include 24/7 standby or a guaranteed recovery deadline.

2. Pricing and third-party expenses

All prices listed on this website are preliminary starting estimates in USD, excluding applicable taxes, for standard configurations. Final pricing depends on the actual condition and complexity of your system and is confirmed before work begins. Third-party expenses (including commercial plugins, themes, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 licences, Cloudflare paid plans, hosting fees and domain renewals) are not included in our service fees and are paid directly by the client.

3. System access, backups and limitation of liability

The client must be authorized to approve work and grant access to the relevant systems. Credentials are arranged through an agreed method, preferably temporary or delegated accounts where supported. Before material changes, backup availability and recovery options are reviewed. Configuration and maintenance can address identified risks, but cannot guarantee immunity from outages, software defects or cyber incidents. Any separate agreement governs its specific responsibilities and terms.

An enquiry does not authorize implementation

The public catalog describes possible services and starting estimates. The actual engagement requires agreement on systems, scope, price, timing and access. Third-party subscriptions and additional development are separate unless included explicitly. A successful test applies to the checked workflow and conditions; it cannot guarantee freedom from later failures or compromise.

Agree acceptance and scope changes

The work agreement should identify authorized systems, intended changes, acceptance checks, dependencies and the approving person. A starting estimate is not an unlimited commitment to resolve every issue discovered during diagnosis.

  1. Agree included tasks and tests before work.
  2. Record unexpected findings and proposed extra scope.
  3. Obtain approval before additional changes.
  4. Review completed checks and remaining responsibilities.

Acceptance, additional scope and supplier responsibilities

Payment, cancellation and other contract-specific conditions need the actual approved agreement. Do not infer a universal refund promise or governing law from this English page. A result can include documented limitations and further recommendations where access or third-party behavior prevents full verification.

Example: an unsupported CRM endpoint changes the scope

A form correction exposes an unsupported CRM endpoint. The initial correction and proposed replacement integration are documented separately for approval. This is an illustrative scenario, not a customer case or a promised result.
