1. Information collected and data minimization

When you submit an enquiry through our website form, we collect only the minimum contact and technical details needed to evaluate your request: your name, email address or phone number, selected support category, urgency level, optional website URL, task description and optional error screenshot. The interface language and source page path are also recorded automatically. Do not submit passwords, private API keys, sensitive personal data or payment card details through the form.

2. Purpose and enquiry delivery

Enquiry details are used to clarify your needs, contact you, prepare a proposal and handle agreed services. The website form sends the enquiry and any attachment through the Telegram Bot API over HTTPS to configured recipients. The form does not automatically deliver a copy to the published email address. This is not end-to-end encrypted communication. Direct email and WhatsApp messages use the provider you choose. Infrastructure and messaging providers may process information outside Israel under their terms. Do not use the form to transmit credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Records, technical controls and requests

Enquiries remain in the systems used for communication and service, subject to operational needs and applicable requirements. Contact us to request information, access or correction, or to discuss deletion under the applicable circumstances. Analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled in the current site configuration. Rate limiting uses an IP-derived hash and timestamps in temporary server files; hosting providers may keep access logs. The domain checker sends the entered name to the server for public DNS lookups and does not submit it as a Telegram enquiry.

Understand where an enquiry goes

The website form sends the enquiry to configured recipients through Telegram. It is not a secure channel for passwords, API keys or sensitive customer records. Share only the information needed to discuss the task, and use the contact page for questions about access, correction or deletion. Applicable rights and retention depend on the circumstances.

Understand the information in an enquiry

Provide only information needed to discuss the task. Required contact and task fields are identified in the form; website URL and screenshot are optional. Choosing not to supply required information can prevent the form from submitting, while the Contact page offers direct alternatives.

  1. Keep passwords, keys and unnecessary sensitive data out of messages.
  2. Describe a privacy request through the published contact method.
  3. Use proportionate identity checks agreed for the request.

Enquiry information, purpose and limits

To ask about access, correction or deletion, identify the enquiry approximately without resending sensitive attachments or credentials. Applicable rights and operational obligations depend on circumstances; provider copies and records require a coordinated review rather than a promise of immediate universal deletion.

Example: redact unrelated screenshot information

A screenshot includes a customer list behind an error. Crop or redact unrelated information before sharing it. This is an illustrative scenario, not a customer case or a promised result.
